Dear St Boniface family!
Wow, I cannot believe our year has come to an end already! I am truly going to miss you all. This has been an amazing first year for me and I am excited for the many great learnings we will continue to share next year. I feel very blessed to have been so warmly welcomed into the St Boniface school community. You have astounded me, time after time, with your commitment to this school, our Church and our wonderful Panther students. I love the tremendous line ups for events like our Welcome Back BBQ, our Christmas pageant, our Pasta Fundraiser and our Mission Day. It makes my heart smile to see you all come together to celebrate the wonderful school of St. Boniface. We have wonderful and caring educators and staff who work hard every single day to ensure your sons and daughters have a meaningful educational experience. We look forward to an even better year next year – one filled with more learning challenges, more celebrations of our learnings and more gratitude for our Catholic faith. Thank you all so much for making this the BEST school ever!
I would like to send my deepest thanks to the following staff, who are moving on from St Boniface. They have all done amazing things to support our school community and will be dearly missed!:
Karen Duffield – new Lead Administrative Assistant at St Gabriel CES
Debbie Hamilton – new Educational Assistant at St Teresa Kitchener
Colin Maley – Itinerant Planning teacher throughout WCDSB
Tara MacDonald – good luck with permanent teaching interviews!
Kyle Kraemer – good luck with LTO positions next year
Have a wonderful summer with those you love. See you back here on September 4th at 9:10am.
With love and gratitude
Ms. Marylin Dawson

BAKE SALE / CAKE RAFFLE
It would be greatly appreciated if you could send a baked good or cake to school on Thursday, June 21st with your child. Please remember our “Nut Free” policy. It would also be very helpful to send your item pre-cut in a disposable container ready for selling.
Please leave a note in your child’s agenda if you are able to donate some baked goods or a cake so we have an idea of what baked goods will be donated that day.
We hope to see you sharing in the fun!
